Under 16 Boys Thursday 10th July @ Cardinal Griffin School 4-00pm start.

Girls Trials

The girls Under 14 and Under 16 trials will take place at Walton HS on Monday 14th of July starting at 4-00pm.

*All triallists will need both astro and studded boots.

Players have to be nominated by their schools so any player who is up to County standard should check that their school has had a nomination form as the County Schools FA do not have e mail contacts for PE staff in all of the schools, this is particularly true of Stoke on Trent Schools and almost all middle schools.

Players who played for the County this year at whatever age group are not required to trial. Their abilities are known to the coaches and they will progress to the second stage of trial which will be in the first weeks of September.

Any players who think that they are up to County standard should ensure that their schools nominate them or they should copy the form that will be posted and take it to their school and ask their teacher to support their nomination.

County level football is of a very high standard and players who have been or are in the excellence programme should be nominated. Any boys and girls in the excellence programme should certainly attend the sessions.

The Schools FA are still looking for more help running teams, especilly from any female coaches or teachers. Women are under represented as team managers and coaches and we need to try and support our female colleagues.
