From Thursday 1 November, clubs and organisations from across STAFFORDSHIRE can apply to deliver a SSE Wildcats Centre.

The programme aims to increase the number of girls participating in football – and is a key part of The FA’s commitment to doubling women and girls’ football participation by 2020.

If you would like to be involved in this exciting programme and deliver an SSE Wildcats Centre, here’s what you need to know.

SSE Wildcats Centres MUST run for a minimum of 16 weeks.

ALL  SSE Wildcats Centres must complete registers at each session and upload them to the online system on a weekly basis. This is a crucial part of the funding criteria – and failure to upload registers may result in the funding being withdrawn.

All organisations will receive a £900 start-up grant and 30 Nike footballs.

Staffordshire FA is committed to delivering the Wildcats programme and organisations will receive £600 for Year One delivery and £300 for Year Two delivery.
