Congratulations to John McGirr and Joe Davidson who have successfully completed their apprenticeships

Here at Staffordshire FA, we would like to say congratulations to John McGirr and Joe Davidson who have successfully completed their apprenticeships.

Over the last two years, John and Joe have continuously developed during their training and expanded their skills and knowledge in their respective fields. They have proven that they possess not only the necessary skills, but also the personal qualities that make them valuable members of our team. Their dedication, reliability, and commitment have significantly contributed to the success of Staffordshire Football Association.

John, working within the Grassroots Support Team, was awarded with a level two in customer service. Whilst Joe, working in the Workforce & Participation Team, was awarded with a level three in administration from their respective courses with Newcastle & Stafford College.

Adam Evans, Chief Executive Officer at Staffordshire FA said
: “We are delighted with both Joe and John’s progression since joining our team at the SFA (Staffordshire Football Association). The apprenticeship scheme has given opportunity for the pair to become an integral part of our team that supports the grassroots game in Staffordshire.

"Their friendly and professional approach has enabled us to significantly upgrade our member support across the county with them being the first point of contact when contacting the office.

"The completion of their apprenticeship is evidence of their hard work, dedication, and determination and the pair will now continue within their positions as full-time members of staff - demonstrating the importance of the apprenticeship scheme."
