Introduction into Talent ID within the disability pathway workshop
We are looking for support from coaches to identify talented players with the following impairments; hearing impaired, visually impaired & cerebral palsy. Players are often found within mainstream settings such as County Junior Leagues, development centres and academies. The FA encourages players to remain in their usual football environments (often mainstream leagues) and offers additional programmes to support player’s development.

Content ‘An introduction into Talent ID within the disability pathway and the part that those in mainstream football can play. The session will help attendees identify players in the local area and provide them information on how best to support/signpost players to appropriate environments. The disability pathway is developing year on year to support talented young players and the session will give participants the awareness to have a positive impact.’
