Stoke City Football Club Community Trust are running a further Ability Counts Soccer School at Chesterston Vision Centre between Monday  15 April to Thursday 18 April and Tuesday 23 April to Friday 26 April.

The school, for ages 5-15, would appeal to those with disabilities and includes a variety of activities to keep youngsters active throughout the Easter holidays.

Fun-based workshops will be run in the morning by the trust, with further small-sided games and tournaments of differing sports also scheduled throughout the day.

Sessions will run between 10am to 3pm and will cost £10 per session if booking on the day or alternatively £35 for a block booking of a full four days.

A medical and booking form, which is available to download below, has to be filled out before attendance.
