The Staffordshire FA Club Membership window for the 2020-2021 season is now open for clubs who wish to start their membership administration. 
Please note however that grassroots football is still suspended and the only permissible football is in line with the latest government restrictions which were updated on the 1st of June. You can find full details HERE 

With this in mind, we will not be releasing details of our pricing structure until confirmation is received in regard to a start date for the new season. However, we are aware that clubs will want start work on the administrative process during this period of downtime so we have enabled this option through the Whole Game System. You will not be able to complete the process in its entirety at this point and you will be invoiced for any outstanding fees at a later date.

Club Insurance

If your club was affiliated to the Staffordshire FA for the 2019/2020 season and took out personal accident and public liability insurance with Sportsguard, then your cover will remain valid until the 30th of June 2020. From the 1st July 2020, your club will need to purchase their insurance for the 2020/2021 season in order for the club to continue with its activities. Please note that the Insurance covers all activities that the club undertakes, not just football matches. Club Insurance can be purchased again via Sportsguard to enable cover to be obtained for beyond the 1st July 2020. The Personal Accident cover is at a discounted rate for the forthcoming season and can be purchased by completing the membership process.
