The club has put in place a mental health programme into place recently, as well as having volunteers trained in young mental health awareness.
It allows the opportunity to understand there is an opportunity to speak to someone who is impartial and who they feel they can trust.
Craig has given confidence to young players and provided the opportunities to believe and grow in themselves.
