As long as you have got video footage of the goal, it’s ready to be nominated! Please note: Any team under the age of 18 will require consent from all players and parents.
Girls Recreational Football Provider of The Month
This award will go to a provider of a Weetabix Wildcats Provider or a Squad Girls Provider that has gone above and beyond to make their session the best it can be, and has made the participants of the session feel welcome in the football environment.
We Only Do Positive Award
‘We Only Do Positive’ is The FA’s strategic approach to highlight the importance of positive behaviour, environments & sportsmanship – both on and off the pitch. This award will go to somebody who has been nominated for going the extra mile in the grassroots game to ensure positivity is wide-spread, whether that’s in training, in the stand or on the pitch.
Volunteer of The Month
Who gives up their own time to go above and beyond for your club? Tell us who makes a difference as volunteers. Those who make an impact on match days or behind the scenes. Those who are supportive and positively contribute to football in the community for the enjoyment of others.
Match Official of The Month
Who has the determination and drive to ensure everyone plays fair? Tell us about the match official who has impressed you on match day with their fairness and empathy, reliability and fitness. Your nominee should be an excellent official who evaluates skilfully, someone who is keen to ensure that players can learn while enjoying football at the same time.
Inclusive Action of The Month
Has somebody in your club, team or project made a positive change this month to ensure more inclusivity and better accessibility for individuals? We’re looking for those special individuals, club, league or group who see grassroots football as a place to positively impact the well-being of all.
